“Rest and be thankful.”
I want to thank you, gentle readers, for putting up with me in this space throughout the year, and for keeping me in mind as your valuable resource whenever you need help with travel. No doubt you have discerned by now that there are more things on my mind than selling travel — although I am always happy to do that.
If I can use this space to promote good will and understanding between people who might not meet otherwise, I will be glad.
If I can convince you to get out there and experience something new in the days remaining to you, I will count that as encouragement to me and as a nudge toward the improved alignment of the world.
Small acts such as selecting an enlightening trip can, in my opinion, have larger consequences down the road. If we “Think globally and act locally” we don’t have to stay home all the time! Our “local acts” would be the wise travel choices made in our own homes. So get out there and see the world in ways that will make a difference for yourself and others.
But first we have a major and important holiday to observe. My gift to you this Thanksgiving (please excuse my pride) is my very favorite recipe for the season, one of a few which must be part of any complete turkey dinner. If you need a beautiful and delicious accent for your menu, please try my Cranberry Chutney (click the link to open a Word document) and ENJOY!
Thank you again, and enjoy the holiday!
All my best,
Boundaries divide. Travel unites.
